This DIY Jewelry Book is the perfect way to take your jewelry to college.  It is also useful for any travel.  The Jewelry Book is easy to access in small spaces.

You will need:

  • Photo album
  • Stiffened Felt Sheets
  • Exacto knife
  • Hole punch set
  • Jewelry

Begin by opening up the photo album and removing the photo insert pages.  Save the spacers.

Lay one of the album pages over the felt and cut the felt to size.  Punch holes also.  Repeat with as many pages as necessary.

Use the Exacto knife to make slits and a 1/16″ punch to make holes for earrings as shown.

For necklaces make a 1/16″ punch near the top of the page, then make a slit to the edge of the page with an Exacto knife.

Continue to make desired pages to fit your jewelry.  Even make a hair clip page.  If necessary, make more spacer pages to accommodate the thickness of the jewelry.

Reassemble the photo album with the new felt pages.  Use the spacers as necessary.

Your jewelry can be kept handy right on your desk at school or your vanity at home.

It will be tangle free and handy.

No more missing earrings or tangled necklaces.
