Note about sizing:

The length is measured from the elastic to the hem line. There skirts are actually a bit longer than noted because the ruffle at the waistband extends above the elastic a bit. The waistband is made with extremely stretchy elastic, so if the size you’re looking for is sold out, going up, or down a size shouldn’t be too big of a problem. The skirt will just be a bit shorter, or longer depending on the size.
