Uncategorized

Do you love an easy recipe?

With a big family, we sure do–and we are always on the lookout for something quick and easy.

This one is fool proof, we hope you enjoy it.

You will need:

6 chicken breasts (or large pack drumsticks or thighs)

2 jars large orange marmalade

2 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp raw honey

2 tsp mint leaves

  1. Put chicken into slow cooker.
  2. Mix remainder ingredients in a bowl and then add to top of chicken.
  3. Add mint leaves and sliced oranges (optional) on top.
  4. Cook on high for 4 hours (adjust to your slowcooker) or could also be baked in the oven at 350 degrees for about an hour (just check on them to not overcook).

We hope you enjoy this recipe!
