Easy Pot Roast Crockpot Recipe – Christian Homemaking

Uncategorized

Are you looking for an easy yet hearty dinner to make?

This is one of my go-to’s when I want to make something that my husband loves but I don’t want to spend too much time on preparing it. My family really loves it!

They are especially great for cold winter nights!

I hope you enjoy it!

1  three-pound beef pot roast

baby carrots  (handful or two)

potatoes (5-6 chopped, you can use sweet potatoes too)

1 large onion (sliced, or two medium)

1 package Lipton onion mix

1 can cream of mushroom soup (or use organic gluten free)

salt and pepper to taste

  1. Put meat into crock pot and top with remaining ingredients.
  2. Cook for 4-5 hours on high.
  3. I like to double the recipe for my large family (sometimes I will add even a third roast)

Eat with rolls, rice, noodles and a salad.

Here is my favorite crockpot to use because it is so cheery!

I hope you enjoy the recipe!
