Are you looking for a quick smoothie recipe that will also heal your gut?
Today we are sharing a recipe from these great gals and it is their Gut Healing Strawberry Quickie Kefir Smoothie. It only has two ingredients but you can add more if you like. Here is the recipe:
2 cups plain kefir (store bought or homemade)
1 scoop strawberry Pristine Whey protein powder
Blend until smooth about 10 seconds only and then enjoy!
If you wanted this cold you could use one cup kefir and one cup ice.
You could also add and handful cold blueberries, strawberries or raspberries that are good for your heart.
As you can see from the above picture there are also a few more optional ingredients as well.
