The Girlhood Home Companion Magazine (& FREE copy of “Little Women” Christmas Brunch)

Uncategorized

Hello Mothers, Daughters, and Grandmothers,

My name is Jill Novak and I will officially be joining the Raising Homemakers team in January. I am the mother of five children, three of whom are daughters. Claire(25), Elizabeth (16), and Anna (12) are as different as sisters can be, and each one brings me immeasurable joy! The subject of girlhood – primarily mother, daughter and grandmother relationships – is one I’ve been exploring for quite a few years through our publication The Girlhood Home Companion. Our family began producing The Girlhood in 1998 when Claire was just 12.

We completed 13 issues over a three year period and then I took a break to write a book called The Gift of Family Writing (I can’t wait to share ideas from it with you in the future).

We resumed production of The Girlhood again Christmas of 2006, and have produced 10 more issues since then. We have a new “Little Women” special edition that has just been released and promises to be a delight to you and the “little women” in your household.

We would like to share a complimentary copy of the “Little Women” Christmas brunch that Elizabeth planned and prepared for this special edition, so click on the link to download your copy: http://remembrancepress.com/?p=1771

To order your copy of The Girlhood Home Companion or our beautiful back issue Girlhood Home Companion Treasury Albums visit The Remembrance Press Book Store.

Although we can not guarantee Christmas delivery, we will be mailing all new orders through the 21st.

Just a side note: In 2009 we began taking care of my elderly father who has Parkinson’s, so for the time being instead of offering subscriptions, The Girlhood is available in single issues and the timeless Girlhood Home Companion Treasury Albums.

Make sure to sign up for our newsletter on the front page of our
website to be notified when new issues are
available!

Treasury Albums One and Two consist of eight of our most recent color issues (4 issues each), and Treasury Album Three contains the original 13 issues which were produced from 1998-2001 in black and white.

I am very excited to share about homemaking and training daughters from our corner of the world, and I look forward to the words the Lord
brings to encourage all of us in this most sacred calling.

Merry Christmas,

Jill
