Two Ingredient Pizza Dough

by June Fuentes on February 12, 2013 in Dinner Table, Food

I was so excited to find a simple recipe for pizza dough that you could make in a pinch that I thought I would share it with everyone!

It calls for only TWO ingredients—flour and Greek yogurt. I suppose you could exchange out some of the white flour for whole wheat to make it healthier, although I haven’t tried it yet, and it is also supposed to be good to make rolls and garlic bread.

Lately we have been making a special chicken alfredo pizza (with red and green peppers, pineapple, garlic and onion)–it is so delicious and I love pizza that has fresh ingredients, it makes all the difference in the world.

You can find the dough recipe HERE.

Happy baking!

This looks interesting! We use whole wheat here, so I wonder about the exchange?
