Thank you for hosting. I am number 141 this week — Encourage Your Child to Read. Some kids just don’t like to read — doesn’t matter if they’re homeschooled, private schooled, or public schooled — they don’t like to read. But reading is a pretty crucial skill in today’s society, and we as parents can improve that skill in this easy, fun way.

And number 142 — Yukon Gold “French Fries” — despite their bad rap, potatoes are actually quite nutritious, and fixing them this way keeps them that way.
