Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles…

by Jennifer on February 10, 2012 in Dinner Table, Food

These peanut butter truffles are dipped in milk chocolate & drizzled with white chocolate! If you are a peanut butter lover… these may be just the perfect Valentine’s treat for you and yours. Little ones might enjoy helping you roll the peanut butter balls out before they are dipped!

Peanut Butter Truffles

2 cups creamy peanut butter
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup butter -melted-

milk chocolate (for dipping)
white chocolate (for drizzling)

Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar and melted butter in a bowl till smooth and combined… chill peanut butter mixture till firm. Roll into balls & chill till firm.

Melt your milk chocolate. {I use Ghirardelli chocolate} Dip chilled peanut butter balls in milk chocolate with toothpick or fingers work too. Drizzle with white chocolate!! Place freshly dipped balls on a piece of wax paper to harden. Enjoy!! {Recipe from~ the dear Smith Family}

Always serve with Love.

I made these at Christmas and my family loved them, they didn’t last long at all. I kept them in the freezer which didn’t freeze the centers at all, just maded them cold and creamy.
