Emily Rose was home-educated and is a work-at-home-daughter. She finds joy in serving her family and is very blessed to be taught by her wonderful mother in biblical womanhood and artful homemaking. A few of her interests include hospitality, photography, graphic and web design, studying history and theology, and cultural reformation.
Emily Rose and her sister have created a line of historical paper dolls based on Christian women from history, the Daughters of His Story Paper Dolls as well as The Family Treasure Coloring Book. In November 2011, the Brookshire ladies began the Clementine Pattern Co., where they create and sell embroidery patterns. Emily Rose blogs at Simply Vintagegirl.

When Mom can’t breastfeed, commercial formula MUST be avoided as it is loaded with chemicals (the cans themselves are lined with hormone disrupting BPA – even the organic brands).
Here is a video to show you how to make a healthy, safe, homemade baby formula for your child when breastfeeding needs a supplement, for adopted little ones, or when Mom cannot breastfeed at all for whatever reason.

I am desperately trying to make the move from high school teacher married to an elementary teacher to a stay-at-home, probably eventually homeschooling mom. I have no idea where to start, but I’m very convicted about it. Any advice that you wiser women could give me would be very appreciated. Thanks.
